The goal for the project is to collect onformation of success factors on Finland at 5 years perpective. Markets, services ja customership of the branch will be reseached. Tools for improving business will be developed.

The most important goal would give anwers and road map for following questions:

- how will the operational environment change?

- how will the behaviour of the clients change?

- how has the branch have to change to be more competitive?
