Coaching and Leadership MentoringWhatever God has called us to do–we all need help doing it!
We need coaching, support, mentoring and ideas!
I have served in full time ministry for over 25 years. Right after college graduation and until my surrender to Christ, I owned and operated an insurance agency for Nationwide that exceeded 1 million dollars per year in premiums. I sold my business to open Tampa, Florida’s first faith based crisis pregnancy center—called A Woman’s Place. What started as a dream, grew to be one of the nations largest Sanctity of Life ministries that became an international adoption agency; an international post abortion recovery ministry, a statewide abstinence education program and a perinatal hospice program. I ran my local ministry for over 20 years when along came a new challenge. A time of stretching!
In 2008 and again in 2019 Lifeway published my post abortion healing study called “Surrendering the Secret” which at the same time created a national platform of speaking and writing. Surrendering the Secret
International was born and now has 10 National Leaders, 25 State Ambassadors and thousands of active ministry groups across the world.
I have published 6 books through both self publishing and traditional methods.
I am PASSIONATE about helping other women accomplish their dreams of owning a business, starting a ministry, speaking and writing!
You may find yourself in a time of “stretching”. A time of growing and stepping into new territory that calls for a boost of support or just some experienced advice. Or maybe you are just plain STUCK! You don’t just need a “boost”, you need a firm and experienced hand of help getting UNSTUCK!
Who is the best fit for my coaching and mentoring ministry:
1. Women who are in transition, need help figuring out their current “season” of life and establishing a plan for reaching for the next season. (Freedom Flower Coaching and Freedom Quest Weekends)
2. Women who have a desire or start or grow a ministry, business, speaking and/or writing ministry. (Individualized One-on-One plan based upon current level)
3. Women who need or desire personal ministry specifically related to overcoming being stuck in the past. (STS or 8 Biblical Steps to Healing Heartbreak)
*NOTE! I am not a professional counselor or therapist. My ministry applies Experiential Biblical Coaching and is not appropriate for intense counseling or therapy. After an introductory discussion, we will decide if my material is a good place for you to begin or continue your healing journey.

2. Private One-on-One leadership though the my brand new online course Healing A Woman's Heart.
3. Private One on One Women’s Ministry Leadership and support using my E-Book, 5 Critical Steps to Starting a Ministry or Business From Scratch. This is a Coaching Plan designed for women who have a passion and calling to start a business or ministry. In my humble opinion, ALL “Business” is “Ministry” for Christians. This course will help you step into the dream God has given you and allow Him to AMAZE you with His goodness and favor!
4. Freedom Quest Weekends. These life changing retreat weekends are booked several times each year and accommodate a very limited number of women each time. They incorporate mind, body and spirit restoration and renewal. Contact me to inquire about the next event at [email protected]

My Coaching Fee is $60.00 per hour but is adjustable based upon plan of action or multiple sessions.
All of the above one-on-one ministries are available as Coaching and Mastermind Groups as positions open.
All Coaching and Mentoring programs are offered through Face to Face, Skype and Telephone, by design.
