Section D: Implementation1
Due to COVID-19 safety measures and travel restrictions, teaching and keynotes will not be delivered
face-to-face. To tackle this issue, we will set up a virtual classroom that will allow the workshop
participants to interact live with teachers and speakers. Our platform will also enable document sharing
during each session, as well as provide access to participants to download the course materials up to a
month after the course has ended. Below, we specify the proposed schedule – which involves the delivery
of 1.5 hour sessions and 1 hour keynotes throughout 5 days, from 22 to 26 February 2021.

We will enable a forum where participants may share questions between each session so that that
principal trainers can address them at the beginning of the following session. Our management team will
be responsible for summarising the questions and communicating them to the relevant trainer.
One week before the start of the course, we will test that all participants have successfully registered
and can access the workshop material in the platform.
On the week after the end of the course, participants will be required to answer a short survey to evaluate
the content, material, and activities carried out in the class.
1 It should be noted that the proposed structures are only indicative and will be finally decided upon agreement between LSE Consulting and the client. This section has been updated and shared with the client in December 2020.
