2019 Program Class Schedule Manhattan Construction Management Institute The Manhattan Construction Management Institute (MCMI) training curriculum is designed to enhance the capabilities of small subcontractors. Classes are interactive with a focus on optimizing the core business skills of program participants. This series is a unique partnership with Dallas County as well as our joint venture partners Byrne Construction Services and 3i Contracting. Courses will be taught by industry experts and cover the project life cycle from business development to project closeout. Additionally our team will provide micro-coaching. Micro-coaching sessions allow for a more focused look at areas where participants would like to advance their business. To be considered for graduation, participants must attend (or have company representation) at least eight of the nine offered courses. About the program.
