Publikasi Statistik Gas Tahun 2010 - 2013 merupakan kelanjutan dari penerbitan

The 2010 – 2013 Gas Publication is a continuation of the previous year publications.

The data provided in this publication are selected statistical tables and descriptive analysis,

as the result of the Annual Survey on Distribution Gas Company.

PENJELASAN UMUM

I. Pendahuluan

Publikasi Statistik Gas 2010-2013 ini

merupakan hasil dari kegiatan Survei

Tahunan Perusahan Gas yang dilaksanakan

secara rutin oleh Badan Pusat Statistik

Republik Indonesia. Survei tahunan

perusahaan gas mencakup perusahaan gas

milik negara dan perusahaan gas swasta.

II. Tujuan dan Sasaran Survei

Tujuan pelaksanaan survei ini antara lain:

1. Mengumpulkan data statistik gas di

Indonesia yang dapat dipercaya dan tepat

waktu untuk keperluan perencanaan

pembangunan khususnya pada

penyediaan gas sebagai energi final.

2. Untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih rinci

tentang perusahaan distribusi gas yang

mencakup banyaknya tenaga kerja,

besarnya balas jasa, tenaga kerja, jumlah

dan nilai bahan bakar, banyaknya gas

yang disalurkan serta keterangan lainnya.

III. Ruang Lingkup Survei

Perusahaan yang dicakup dalam survei

ini adalah perusahaan yang mempunyai

kegiatan distribusi gas dengan menggunakan

jaringan pipa dalam pendistribusian gas

kepada pelanggannya baik yang dikelola oleh

pemerintah/negara maupun pihak swasta.

GENERAL EXPLANATORY

I. Introduction

Publication Gas Statistics 2010-

2013 is a result of the Gas Company 's

Annual Survey conducted regularly by the

Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic

of Indonesia . The annual survey covers the

gas company and the state-owned gas

company gas company private .

II. The Objective

The survey objectives are :

1. To collect reliable and accurate gas

statistics data for the purpose of

development planning of the gas survey

and economic sector in general.

2. To obtain more detailed data on gas

distribution company included

employee, wages and salaries, number

of fuel consumed, value of fuel

consumed, volume of gas sold and

others.

III. Coverage

The survey coverage are companies

that use pipeline distribution to distribute

gas to customer either managed by the

government / state and private parties .

IV. Konsep dan Definisi

Gas (Gas Bumi) adalah bahan bakar fosil

berbentuk gas yang terutama terdiri dari

senyawa metana (CH4) yang dapat ditemukan

di ladang minyak, ladang gas bumi dan juga

tambang batubara. Gas bumi diproduksi

melalui pembusukan oleh bakteri anaerobik

dari bahan-bahan organik selain dari fosil.

Gas bumi didistribusikan ke pelanggan

menggunakan pipa.

Tenaga Kerja Tetap adalah pekerja yang

terikat secara formal dalam jangka waktu

panjang melalui perjanjian kerja antara

pekerja dan perusahaan.

Tenaga Kerja Kontrak adalah pekerja yang

terikat kontrak dengan perusahaan untuk

jangka waktu terbatas (kurang dari dua

tahun).

Tenaga Kerja Outsourcing adalah pekerja

yang disediakan oleh perusahaan penyalur

tenaga kerja yang diperbantukan di

perusahaan ini yang biasanya bertanggung

jawab atas sebagian pekerjaan non teknis,

seperti : security, cleaning services dan lain-

lain.

Pengeluaran untuk tenaga kerja adalah semua

pengeluaran perusahaan untuk pekerja yaitu

upah/gaji, upah lembur, hadiah, bonus, dana

pensiun, tunjangan kecelakaan dan

IV. Concept and Definition

Natural Gas is gasiform fossil fuel that

particularly consist of methane compound

(CH4) that exploited from oil sites, gas sites

and also coal gasification. Natural Gas

utilizes pipe.

Permanent worker is defined as workers

who are formally tied in a long term

agreement between workers and company.

Contracted Worker is defined as workers

who are employed by firm for the duration

most indeed, it time is circumscribed.

Outsourcing Workers is workers that is

supplied by provider based on contract with

the firms. The worker usually employed for

non technical job, such as security and

cleaning service.

Employee’s compensation is defined as all

expenditure on employees in the form of

wages/salaries, overtime payment, gifts,

bonuses, pension expenditures either in the

pengeluaran lainnya yang dibayarkan baik

dalam bentuk uang maupun dalam bentuk

berupa barang.

Biaya Input adalah pengeluaran yang

digunakan untuk pembelian bahan baku,

bahan bakar, alat tulis dan kantor, onderdil,

ongkos pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kecil

sarana produksi, sewa gedung dan mesin serta

jasa lainnya.

Nilai Output adalah nilai gas yang

dijual/didistribusikan ditambah pendapatan

atau penerimaan dari kegiatan lainnya

termasuk jasa non industri.

V. Metode Pengumpulan Data

Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara

rutin setiap tahun dengan menggunakan

metode self-enumeration, pengumpulan data

dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan

bulan Juni 2014 dengan menggunakan

Kuesioner Gas 2013.

A. Jumlah Pekerja

Banyaknya tenaga kerja perusahaan

distribusi gas tahun 2013 sebanyak 2.443

orang. Tenaga kerja dengan latar belakang

pendidikan sarjana (S1/DIV) memiliki

jumlah terbanyak, yaitu 895 pekerja.

Kemudian diikuti oleh lulusan sampai

dengan SLTA sebanyak 884 pekerja hanya

terpaut tipis dibanding lulusan S1/DIV.

Tenaga kerja dengan latar belakang pasca

sarjana (S2/S3) menempati posisi paling

rendah hanya berjumlah 131 orang.

A. Number of Employees

The number of gas distribution company's

employee by 2013 as many as 2.443 people .

Workers with undergraduate education

background ( S1 / DIV ) has the highest

number , is 895 workers . This was followed

by high school graduates up to as many as

884 workers adrift only slightly compared to

graduates of S1 / DIV . Workers with post-

graduate background ( S2 / S3 ) occupies the

lowest position only amounted to 131 people.

B. Pelanggan

Pelanggan perusahaan distribusi gas alam

dikelompokkan menjadi lima kategori, yaitu

rumahtangga, komersial, industri,

pembangkit listrik dan SPBBG (Stasiun

Pengisian Bahan Bakar Gas). Banyaknya

pelanggan pada tahun 2013 sebanyak 91.732

pelanggan. Pelanggan terbesar didominasi

oleh rumahtangga dengan jumlah pelanggan

sebanyak 88.613 atau sebesar 88,61 %,

pelanggan komersial sebanyak 1.746

pelanggan atau sebanyak 1,90 %, industri

sebanyak 1.329 pelanggan atau sebanyak

1,45 %, pembangkit listrik sebanyak 10

pelanggan dan SPBG sebanyak 34

pelanggan.

B. Customers

Customers of natural gas distribution

companies are grouped into five categories ,

namely household , commercial , industrial ,

power plant and SPBBG ( Fuel Gas Filling

Station ) . The number of customers in 2013

are 91.732 customers . Largest customer is

dominated by households with the number of

customers are 88.613 or 88,61 % ,

commercial customers as many as 1,746

customers , or as much as 1,90 % ,

industrial customers as many as 1.329 or as

much as 1,45 % , power plant by 10

customers and SPBGs as many as 34

customers .

C. Volume Penjualan Gas

Volume gas yang disalurkan ke pelanggan

tahun 2013 sebanyak 319.135,44 MMSCF.

Sektor industri mendominasi hampir 93%

dari total volume penjualan gas alam yang

disalurkan yakni sebesar 92,63%. Kemudian

menempati urutan kedua adalah dari sektor

pembangkit listrik yakni sebesar 4,65%.

Pelanggan komersial menduduki posisi

ketiga ialah sebesar 2,15% diikuti

pelanggan SPBBG sebesar 0,39%,

sementara terendah dari pelanggan rumah

tangga hanya sebesar 0,19%.

C. Sales Volume of Gas

Total volume of gas distributed to customers

in 2013 as much as 319,135.44 MMSCF.

The industrial sector dominates nearly 93%

of the total sales volume of natural gas

which is equal to 92.63% disbursed. Then

the second is from the power plant sector

which amounted to 4,65%. Commercial

customers in third position was of 2,15%

followed by SPBBG customers as much as

0,39%, while the lowest of household

customers only 0,19%.

D. Nilai Penjualan Gas

Total nilai penjualan gas yang diterima oleh

perusahaan gas pada tahun 2013 sebesar

23.841 miliar rupiah. Nilai penjualan gas

tertinggi diperoleh dari penjualan gas di

industri yaitu sebesar 22.754 miliar rupiah

atau 95,44 %. Nilai penjualan gas terbesar

kedua diperoleh dari komersial sebesar 915

miliar rupiah atau 3,84 %, kemudian dari

pembangkit listrik sebesar 85 miliar rupiah

atau 0,36 %, sedangkan rumahtangga dan

SPBBG masing-masing sebesar 0,28 % dan

0,08 %.

D. Value of Gas Sold

Total value of natural gas sold in 2013 is

23.841 billion rupiahs. Most of the natural

gas sold to industrial customers which is

22.754 billion rupiahs or 95,44 % to total

volume distributed. The second value of gas

sold to commercial which is 915 billion

rupiahs or 3,84 %, then, from the power

plant is 85 billion rupiahs or 0,36 %, while

household and fuel gas filling stations 0,28

% and 0,08 % respectively.

E. Biaya Antara dan Nilai Output

Biaya Antara yang dikeluarkan perusahaan

pada tahun 2013 sebesar 10.867 miliar

rupiah sedangkan nilai output sebesar

23.841 miliar rupiah. Nilai tambah atas

harga pasar sebesar 12.974 miliar rupiah,

persentase nilai tambah harga pasar terhadap

nilai output sebesar 54,42 %.

Nilai tambah atas biaya faktor produksi

sebesar 12.972 miliar rupiah, serta

persentase nilai tambah atas biaya faktor

produksi terhadap nilai output sebesar 54,41

%.

E. Intermediate Input and Output Value

The expenditures/input paid by the natural

gas distribution companies in 2013 is 10.867

billion rupiahs, while the output is 23.841

billion rupiahs. Value added at market price

is 12.974 billion rupiahs, and percentage of

value added at market price to output is

54,42 %.
