Dear Prospective Sponsorship Partner,
It is with great enthusiasm that Servants is sending you information about special sponsorship
opportunities available to your organization. Servants will be holding our 9th Annual Golf Tournament
on September 9, 2017 at Briarwood West Golf Course in York. We are offering your organization the
opportunity to sponsor this event. This fundraiser has been established to benefit the ministry of
Servants and to promote our many mission opportunities to the communities of York County!
By sponsoring the golf tournament, your organization is helping us change the world through
our special programs. Servants provides local organizations, churches and groups with opportunities to
serve on mission trips and projects around the world, around the U.S., and right here in York County.
We have sent local groups to serve in orphanages in Guatemala and India. In the past five years, we
have sent disaster recovery teams to Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Iowa, New Jersey, and New York to
help with the rebuilding from Hurricanes Katrina and Ike along with so many additional natural disasters.
Our Home Helps ministry benefits the low-income homeowners of York County directly by providing
home repair and maintenance services to older adult, disabled and single parent homeowners in need in
our communities. Your sponsorship will go a long way to helping us continue to serve.

please complete and submit the enclosed Sponsorship Letter of Agreement by Friday, July 28, 2017 so
your organization can be included in the printed promotional material.

You may provide your own goodie bag item if you have your own promotional item with prior approval.
Servants Golf Outing Other sponsorship Opportunities
Awards Dinner Buffet Sponsor – Cost $500 – At the exciting Awards Dinner after the tournament your organization would have a sign reading “Meal provided courtesy of “Your Organization.” Hot Dog Bar Sponsor – Cost $150 – At the Hot Dog Bar provided before the tournament your organization would have a sign reading “Hot Dog Bar provided courtesy of “Your Organization.” Longest Drive Prize – Cost $150 – The two prizes for this contest is a Men’s and Women’s drive. A yard sign with your organization name/logo at the tee box of the long drive hole will be provided. Closest to the Pin Prize – Cost $100 – A prize for the male and female winner will be provided. A yard sign with your organization name/logo at the tee box of the closest to the pin hole will be provided. Putting Contest Prize – Cost $100 – A Putter is the prize for this contest. A yard sign with your organization name at the practice green where the contest is held will be provided. Door Prizes – Cost TBD - Door prizes are your choice and can be anything from golf equipment to in-kind gifts from your organization. First Place Team Awards – Cost $200 – An award is given to the first-place team. Your organization’s name is displayed on the awards table and announced at the awards ceremony. Second Place Team Awards – Cost $160 – An award is given to the second-place team. Your organization’s name is displayed on the awards table and announced at awards ceremony. Third Place Team Awards – Cost $120 – An award is given to the third-place team. Your organization’s name is displayed on the awards table and announced at awards ceremony.
Sponsorship Letter of Agreement
Company Name: agrees to provide a financial sponsorship (monetary donation or product donation in the amount
equivalent to the agreed sponsorship level) for Servants Golf Tournament. As a sponsor, I understand I
will receive the applicable sponsorship opportunities described in the packet. I also understand these
opportunities will not be valid until this agreement is signed and payment has been issued to and accepted
by Servants, Inc. As a sponsor, I agree to provide digital art work for all promotional advertising (formats
