ACAP Week 2017

Theme: “Dare to Lead. Be Present. Be the Future….”

Dear Dallas ACAP Student:

Survey results from the Young Entrepreneur Foundation survey found that 90 percent of teachers and guidance counselors say their students are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. However, 75 percent of them say their students have no idea where to turn.

Thus, during Dallas ACAP Week 2017, we will challenge you to Dare to Lead your future endeavors. We will provide facilitated classroom discussions, networking, and other opportunities for you to leverage the resources available to you during ACAP Week and post-ACAP. To avail yourselves of these opportunities, you must be present and actively engaged each day.

We encourage each of you to be looking for that cue to step out, be bold and take hold of your own professional destiny. We will encourage you to use your creativity, passion, and inspired vision to create value in the world—or take something that’s already in existence and make it better.

So, welcome to Dallas ACAP 2017. Welcome aboard to a week of empowering your mindset!
