Redevelopment of a former Public House site. Scheme is currently at Pre-Planning Stage. At ground floor level there is Car Parking, Reception and Retail unit, with 5 floors of Accommodation over, ranging from Studios to 1 and 2 bed apartments
Welholme Road, GrimsbyDesign and Build refurbishment of 19th Century semi-detached house. Project is currently on site, due for completion May 2016
Conversion of 6 bed house to an Executive 6 bed multi-let property. Works included new ground floor, fire, thermal and acoustic upgrading of all walls and floors, new kitchen/lounge, utility room, 6 en-suite bathrooms, new roof and external works.

Total D+B package, piled foundations, timber frame building, under-floor heating, en-suite accommodation with lounge and kitchen for residents, external hard and soft landscaping
Abbey Road, GrimsbyDesign and Build refurbishment of 19th Century terraced house in the Wellow Conservation Area
Conversion of 6 bed house to an Executive 6 bed multi-let property. Building achieved the highest EPC rating for a building of this age.
Isaac Newton School, IlfordThe new Isaac Newton Primary School constructed by Bouygues UK is a three storey building designed to provide a receptive learning environment for all students

Dearne Valley College, RotherhamRepeat work with Pacey and Wheatley led us to work on the new Rotherham College
Installation of hardwood door frames, architraves, firedoors and associated ironmongery.Installation of internal windows, kitchens, workspaces and desk units. IPS toilet cubicles, laminated pipe boxings, hardwood bump rails and other ancillary items.
Hampton by Hilton, Exeter Working for Datim Ironmongery we were sub-contracted to Denizen Contracts for the door and ironmongery installation throughout the hotel
Installation of 284 pre-hung doorsets, architraves and site fixed ironmongery in the 120 bed hotel
NHS Surrey upgrade roll-outSub-contracting to Korendon Construction we provided all construction services for the roll-out programme for 4 building for NHS Surrey
Working out of hours we were responsible for all interior refurbishment and fit-out works. Including floors, walls, ceilings, partitions, joinery, including treatments rooms consulting rooms, and general offices

David Gilmore - DirectorA founding Director I look after the day to day management & business development in the South & London region. I manage Commercial projects and sub-contracts with leading major contractors. I pride myself on working collaboratively with clients, providing sound advice & strive for zero defect projects.
Clive Webb - DirectorI’m responsible for architectural design, responding to client’s needs. This is a role I managed within major UK Architectural & Multidisciplinary Practices where I held the position of Director for over 2 decades. My other responsibilities include Project Management & CDM Principal Designer.
