1. FORT4FITNESS KIDS MARATHON
The Fort4Fitness Kids Marathon, sponsored by Lutheran Children’s Hospital, is a summer-long incremental program designed for kids ages 4-14 and has been created to promote and encourage fun activities, exercise, and healthy lifestyles for kids and their families through a variety of unique training programs and events. See Enclosure #1 for more details.

4. REMINDER: FORT4FTINESS SPRING CYCLE
Are you participating in the 2017 Fort4Fitness Spring Cycle event on Saturday, May 20th, 2017? If so, choose EACS as your charity partner when registering. The Fort4Fitness Kids Marathon, sponsored by Lutheran Children’s Hospital, is a summer-long incremental program designed for kids ages 4-14 and has been created to promote and encourage fun activities, exercise, and healthy lifestyles for kids and their families through a variety of unique training programs and events. The program allows your child to set a goal, log their mileage throughout the summer, and have the reward of achieving that goal. The kids then come together in a fun-filled supportive environment in September to celebrate and recognize their success at the Final Mile.

I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly
trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks
associated with running in the event, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather,
including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, waive and release any and all sponsors, their
representatives and successors, from all claims or liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature
whatsoever arising out of, or in the course of, my participating in this event whether same be caused by negligence or by fault.

Cycle 2017 Charity Partnership
Are you participating in the 2017 Fort4Fitness Spring Cycle event on Saturday, May 20th,
2017? If so, choose EACS as your charity partner when registering (question #3). If you’ve
already registered for F4F Spring Cycle and did not choose a charity partner, it’s not too
late. Email Eric Manor, EACS Wellness Coach at [email protected], and we will add
you to our team.
If a minimum of 100 or more register as an EACS Charity Partner, F4F will make a donation
to EACS Wellness in the amount of 10% of the registration fees collected by F4F that are
identified as members of our EACS Charity Partnership.
Joining our charity partnership is FREE. Donations are not required or accepted. Non-
affiliated charity partner donations can be accepted. If you would like to donate, con-
tact Eric Manor, EACS Wellness Coach at [email protected]. 100% of donations will
be used toward EACS Wellness.
There is no age restriction and you do not have to be an EACS Employee to join our
