Arena Americas takes great strides to ensure the tightest and highest quality control standards are met for every project, which is to always be rental ready and provide an exceptional product at all times.
Our in-house manufacturing eliminates sub-rentals giving us complete control of the quality of our equipment.

LARGE EVENT MANAGEMENT
Arena Americas is well versed in handling multiple overlapping projects continuously throughout the year. We have a structured execution program that cohesively connects account management to operations to the on-site execution teams. We have been successful handling multiple large events at a high level, due to the implementation of core processes that focus on organization and efficiency.
We start the process 3 to 4 months out at a minimum, holding pre-event meetings where we share informatoin with our Account / Event Management team and our Operations teams. Our National Inventory Manager works hands-on with the Inventory teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal quality control, enabling us to deliver product that is rental- and install-ready.
The core of the entire event execution process is the Event Management team. They are responsible for the overall project development, day-to-day on site management of each event and the communication with the Operations team. The Event Managers are continually monitoring the goals of each day’s work and planning ahead to ensure the build stays on pace.
At the completion of each event we hold post-event meetings internally and with the clients, gathering information that is evaluated for the event moving forward and to build upon as a company.
A great example of our track record for simultaneously handling multiple projects is Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, the Daytona 500 and the Super Bowl. All three of these events occur from late December to mid-February each year and require over 150 install crew members and over 800,000 square feet of tenting and flooring. Each of these projects has its own Event Management and execution teams operating independently of each other.
We have demonstrated time and again that regardless of the size of a project or whether it runs concurrently with another event we are working on, we have the staffing and resources in place to dedicate a full team to each project to ensure successful execution.

Arena is fully commited to being as sustainable as possible. We continually research processes and materials to ensure that we are doing our best to be environmentally efficient.
We use only high quality fabric tent materials to ensure versatility and reusability. Custom graphics are printed with a pigment solvent-based ink that has outdoor durability, with a typical life span of three to five years.
We also focus on transportation to save resources, using rail transportation whenever possible to reduce fuel consumption and running a sizable percentage of our fleet on propane.
Other practices include reducing lighting power by 77% and working with other environmentally conscious companies like United Rentals and RSC. As a result of our sustainble efforts, we are a proud recipient of the Orion Environmental Award.

CUSTOM DESIGN SOLUTIONS
At Arena Americas, our in-house design and manufacturing team will provide structure solutions capable of meeting virtually any challenge, including terrain, climate, loads, and custom specifications.
We have the ability to create CAD layouts and photorealistic 3D renderings to provide a snapshot of your event long before execution so you’re able to modify details with minimal impact on project costs.
Our designers are able to add event plans to aerial maps and photos to determine feasibility and aesthetic appeal.
We pride ourselves on the comprehensive custom capabilities we offer to ensure that no matter what the request, we can always say, “Yes, we can do that.”

Once we have a client-approved design in place, we turn it over to our in-house manufacturing team.
Keeping the manufacturing process in-house gives us several key advantages—for starters we can implement and adhere to the highest level of quality control. It also enables us to eliminate the budgetary concerns and timeline challenges associated with outsourced work.
Arena owns a CNC milling center, K-bar machine, laser cutting machine and robotic welder, which are operated out of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Oak Creek, WI.

Our custom graphics capabilities provide clients with imaginative ways of showcasing their brand.
We specialize in integrating graphics into the structure with custom sidewall, gables and tops that can include high-quality, permanently-printed or removable graphics.

Arena Americas is the Official Rental Supplier for Lollapalooza, the world’s second largest music festival, which takes place in Chicago’s historic Grant Park. Arena installs hundreds of tents and thousands of tables and chairs, along with linen, flooring, lights and fans for the event.
The mile long music festival features a farmers market, gourmet food stands, artist lounges, VIP corporate hospitality venues, an arts and crafts area, recycling stations, sponsor tents, beverage areas, and staff / operational command centers.
The integration of over 125,000 square feet of tenting has created a seamless transition from one stage to the next providing food, beverage and entertainment amenities throughout the entire park.

Arena Americas works with the Milwaukee World Festival to provide rental equipment for the largest music festival in the world, Summerfest, each year.
We provide a variety of rental equipment including numerous frame and tension tents, clearspan structures, tables, chairs, signage and fencing.
Summerfest takes place along Milwaukee’s lakefront at Henry W. Maier Festival Park, also the home to ten additional festivals. Over two million guests attend the events each summer.

Arena Americas provided rental equipment for the Wavefront Music Festival in Chicago, IL.
We provided over 33,000 square feet of tenting and over 7,000 square feet of flooring for the festival.
Wavefront is a three day electronic dance music festival that takes place on Chicago’s Montrose Beach. It featured more than 100 artists performing on four stages. Each day ended with a fireworks display over Chicago’s lakefront.

Ultra Music Festival is an annual outdoor electronic music festival that takes place in Miami, FL.
Arena Americas designed, manufactured and installed a custom offset ridge structure for a VIP viewing area that incorporated a multi-level platform for tiered seating.

Arena is a veteran participant of Super Bowl events, having supplied structures for the past ten Super Bowl games.
Our clearspan structures have been used for hospitality, the halftime show, the NFL Experience and NFL Tailgate events.
We have also provided a number of customized clearspan structures, including a ring-shaped structure 230’ in diameter, a “U” shaped hospitality structure, two offset ridge structures, custom single-slope structures and numerous snow-loaded structures.

Arena Americas provided the Dallas Cowboys with a 20m x 35m double decker arcum structure for the Miller Lite Corral. The structure sits just outside AT&T Stadium and is open to all fans with a game ticket before, during, and after the game.
The structure boasts a 1,300 square foot mezzanine level for entertaining VIP guests, ceiling fans, flooring, and custom uplighting.

Arena Americas is the “Official Structure Provider” for the Tiger Woods Deutsche Bank Championship in Norton, MA.
We install a number of hospitality structures and chalets for viewing the golf tournament along the course at TPC Boston.
We also provide custom modular wall panels for bars, signage, concessions and room dividers throughout the tent structures.

Arena Americas provides numerous clearspan tents at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, which is held semi-annually in New York City. These tents incorporate a hard material façade, along with hard walls, glass walls and other vinyl components.
To set the proper tone for this prestigious event, our team of engineers and designers developed the custom façade for the entrance of the fashion show in Lincoln Center. The façade’s components are manufactured in Arena’s Oak Creek facility and then transported to New York, where they are installed by Arena project managers.
To further enhance the ambience we also incorporate unique flooring, lighting, liner and vinyl elements to customize the structures.

Arena Americas installed six 50m x 60m (164’ x 197’) standard clearspan structures attached by triangular shaped wedges to create a snaking design for the Frieze Art Fair held on Randall’s Island in New York City.
Over 18,000 Bil-Jax flooring pieces were used to level the structure over the sloping elevation that required us to raise portions up to six feet.
Arena worked with Frieze for over a year planning the details. Over 190 contemporary art galleries were presented in the curved structure during the four day event.
Arena set two Guinness World Records for the project - largest temporary stage at 275,007.44 square feet and largest single-unit marquee at 226,795.77 square feet.

Arena Americas offers custom double decker structures, which provide several key advantages.
They are a great way to maximize your event space when you are working with a smaller footprint.
Their height creates greater visibility drawing the eye to your event. They also offer a great opportunity to increase brand exposure with custom printed graphics.
Double decker structures are available in 10m (33’) to 30m (99’) widths on a 6.8m (22’) standard leg height.

Arena’s team of engineers and designers have developed hard and vinyl façades to be incorporated with our clearspan structures.
Façades are usable for any number of purposes, including temporary showrooms, retail space and trade shows/expositions.
Our façades range in size from 10m (33’) to 40m (132’) in width and can easily incorporate any design or graphic requirements.
Arena has customized hard and vinyl façades for customers like Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Fiat, and Tiffany & Co.

Arena’s engineers and designers have developed and produced a custom single slope structure design.
The single slope clearspan has a unique visual appeal and offers different surfaces for branding. The tall side of the structure features a large vertical space for customization including branded panels or clear panels to increase natural light.
The single slope structure is currently available in both 15m (50’) and 20m (66’) sizes on a 4m (13’) standard leg height.

Arena offers custom mezzanine level options for integration into clearspan structures. A mezzanine level provides extra space for a variety of options including VIP areas, seating, sales, etc.

Custom wedge shaped bays are incorporated into standard clearspan structure components to create curves.
