Yoga returns to SHPC with AnAltar in the World In her book An Altar in the World, Bar-bara Brown Taylor teaches that God loves

us, including our bodies andit is with our bodies that weare able to serve God in thisworld. Jessica Goulding, E-RYT, (Experienced-RegisteredYoga Teacher) will strengthenyour bodies while also

strengthening your spirits as she teachesyou Yoga along with meditations based onAn Altar in the World.
