Where permitted:– Baseline requirements (driveways, windows, stacking

lanes, setbacks, landscaping, buffers, bicyclists)

X Districts:– Additional requirements (stacking lanes behind building,

visual screening)

Downtown and UCX-TD:– Located within a building

To minimize impacts:– Noise, visual, emission, conflicts with pedestrians
