Dear Brethren and Friends,

Charity is the focus of all activities at the Masonic Charity Foundation. Our programsbenefit the needy, support public education and involve our Lodges in communityactivities.

The success of our programs is reflected in the recognitions given the Foundation bythe Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as itsOutstanding Philanthropic Foundation of the Year. Also, the Aging Innovations Awardgiven by the National Area Aging Associations at its 2009 national meeting for ourMasonic Assistance Program. Our members and supporters can be proud of the workdone by the Foundation, which continues to lead the charitable efforts of ourFraternity.

As you review the financial results and the program activities of 2009, rememberthat many of the good works described were made possible by the financial

performance detailed within this report. Our Foundation works only from the earnings of our donations which are allendowed. We hope that the donors who helped create this legacy would be proud of our results. If you too are proudof our results, we sincerely hope that you will join our efforts and make a contribution.

It is a privilege to be a Mason, and an honor to be able to serve as President of our Masonic Charity Foundation. Ibelieve that our Foundation is one of the brightest gems in all of America’s grand jurisdictions. I hope this report willinspire you to become more involved. With your help we will continue to advance the mission of Masonic charity.

Fraternally,

David A. Ray, President

DONATION OPPORTUNITIESThe Foundation receives donations in several different ways. Some donors

send money direct to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, P. O. Box2406, Edmond, OK 73083. Donations are received in letters or Business ReplyEnvelopes for general donations, Memorials and Honorariums, etc. Also, on-line donations can be made on the www.mcfok.org website using a credit cardor Pay Pal.

Gifts to the Foundation made by Will are a popular way of building tomor-row. The gift is given only when you have no further need for the money andthere is no danger that you might “run short.” It is a perpetual gift as well, be-cause the funds are invested and only the interest used to support the programsyou have read about in these pages. Here is some suggested language to dis-cuss with your lawyer when making a gift to the Foundation by Will:

To leave a specific amount to the Foundation:

I hereby give and bequeath to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Okla-homa charitable corporation, or its successors, the sum of $_____________________.

To leave specific Personal Property to the Foundation:

I hereby give and bequeath to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Okla-homa charitable corporation, or its successors, the following personal property, to wit:(Description of Property)

To leave specific Real Estate to the Foundation:

I hereby give and bequeath to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Okla-homa charitable corporation, or its successors, the following described real property lo-cated in ___________ County, State of ____________, to wit: (Description of Property)

To leave certain amounts to Others and Everything Left Over to the Foundation:

I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest and residue of the property which Imay own or have any interest in at the time of my death, whether real, personal ormixed, to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Oklahoma charitable cor-poration, or its successors, without conditions or restrictions.
