Business Description U-Knighted BBQ is designed to make

profit from buying BBQ pulled pork at wholesale prices from Payton’s BBQ.

Our business will sell pulled pork sandwiches, as well as refreshments, out of the University Hall Kitchen.

U Hall is in a central location in relation to the two other primary dorm buildings, making it ideal for business and delivery.

We operate Mon-Thurs 7-11pm.

Target Market and Elasticity Our target market, in a broad sense, is all

on-campus students after 7pm during the week, and possibly during football tailgating hours. Full time, on campus students (roughly 820)

Our demand for the sandwiches is elastic Food is a necessity because people need

to eat, but our good is a luxury because there are substitutes on campus and within driving distance.
