IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATIONClinic: Immediately following each ensemble’s performance, a clinician will follow them to the ClinicArea for a 15 minute clinic experience. The event will still include a traditional critique following thefinal ensemble’s performance.
Adjudication: As a part of Weeks 1 & 2 of the USBands Fall Season, there will be a suspension of Aand Open Classes (for Weeks 1 & 2 only). Ensembles will be adjudicated on A Class Sheets only.Ensembles will not receive scores, but rather ratings (Good, Excellent, Outstanding, Superior).Placements will only be announced for First, Second, and Third place in each Group. The remainingbands will only have their rating announced. Recaps will be provided for each event, but will onlyshow the Ordinals.
Parking: Buses and Pit trucks will enter through the Amwell Road lot only. Volunteers andSpectators will enter and park in the Homestead Road lot.
Restrooms: Restrooms will be open in the stadium area behind the food booth. For the warm uparea, restrooms will be located at the front entrance of the gym.
Member Re-Entry: Band members in uniform will be allowed entry/re-entry. Hand Stamps will beused to identify performing students to be allowed back in the stadium if out of uniform. Pit parentswill receive wristbands upon arrival to be used for re-entry.
Tickets: Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $8.00 for students and seniors. Ages 5 and under arefree. Tickets and Programs can be purchased at the ticket booth adjacent to the entrance gate to thestadium.
Warm Up: Ensembles will warm up near soccer fields on the Amwell Road side. The Pit/FrontEnsemble will warm up in the Amwell Road parking lot. Hillsborough Band Hosts will direct you.
Field Surface: The field is artificial turf with standard high school football field hashes.
Power on Field: There will be a power extension cord located by the 50 yard line.
Retreat: Drum Majors and Colorguard Captains only will report on the track by the end zone nearestthe flag pole upon the completion of Hillsborough’s Exhibition performance.
Critique: Critique will take place on the Clinic Field (the field behind the Visitor Stands; see map formore details).
Hospitality: Hospitality will take place in an outdoor area to be announced by September 15, 2021.
Awards: Trophies will be awarded for first, second, and third place.
Concessions: All Concessions and food vendors will be located in the stadium area to the right ofthe performance field.
Credentials/Access: Any USBands staff member, band member with handstamp, PIT parent withwristband, or paid admissions with wristband can enter the stadium. Only those with USBands Staff

credentials are allowed access to the Hospitality Area/Critique Area.
Competition Suite: Adjudicator commentary for all USBands ensembles can be located inCompetition Suite shortly after the conclusion of each ensemble's performance. Directors may grantaccess to the ensemble’s portal with staff/instructors, and may request help from USBandsrepresentatives to resolve any issues accessing Competition Suite.
