– Sit beside your child; your presence means much to him/her

– Check your child’s bag for homework & assignments

SCHOOL MATTERS

School Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s)

• Absent for any exam - an official medical certificate (MC) is

required.

• Absent on school day – MC or letter from parent/guardian.

• Frequent absenteeism & late-coming – school will send out

an advisory letter.

• For early departure on school day – parent/guardian must

be present to sign out the child.

• Avoid taking child on trips during term time – will miss out on

learning & school activities.

Update on Attendance-taking

• Teachers will record daily

attendance using School Cockpit

mobile phone App.

• Parent/Guardian will receive a

phone message at 8.30am if

child is absent.
