All Mattresses are shipped carefully baled with both paper

and burlap, thus insuring delivery in good condition. A nominal

"ANCHOR" DAVENPORTS

Gather together all the advantages of an ordinary Davenport Bed,

subtract the disadvantages, and you have the "Anchor" Bed Davenport.

In a single piece of furniture is a handsome, comfortable, well-finished

Davenport that will grace any room and which, when required, can be easily

and instantly converted into a full-sized, well-mattressed bed.

The "Anchor"

Davenport is readily handled because it can be set upand taken down just like a bed; yet it is as strong and firm and substantial as

any made. There is absolutely no complicated mechanism to get out of

order.

The back can t get out of shape and become unsightly, because it is

always and only used as a back (see illustration on page 53).

The clothing is kept sanitary "when not in use by being placed in a

basket underneath, instead of between the mattresses.

The spring is made of the best spring wire, carefully and skillfully

woven, and is guaranteed not to sag. Pure white cotton filling affords the

maximum of comfort in the cushions.

INFORMATIONDIRECTIONS FOR ORDERING

WE must request that great care be exercised in the making out

of orders. Give sizes and finish required, plainly. If a

4 6" bed spring or mattress is wanted write 4 6", not 4x6.

If a 4 is required make it 4 0".

We pay careful attention to packing and shipping and cannot be

held responsible for damage in transit after the Transportation

Company signs for shipment in good order. Customers should

examine goods carefully before signing clear receipt for them. If

there is any damage or shortage endorse shipping bill to that effect

and immediately put in claim against Transportation Company.

Notify us also as we are always glad to assist our customers to

collect such claims. Special consideration is paid to the routing of

shipments and to the securing of lowest freight charges.

SIDERAILS

Unless otherwise ordered all Iron Beds are shipped with

reversed rails, thus L. Brass Beds are shipped with flat top rails,

CLAIMS

Claims for allowance must be made within five days after

receipt of goods. Do not reship to us without first obtaining our

shipping instructions.

FINISH BRASS BEDS

The finish on each "Anchor"

Brass Bed is guaranteed. Our

Standard Finish is the highest grade attainable, and is not injured by

Perspiration. Flyspecks.

Alcohol. Perfume.

Ammonia. Disinfectants.

Hot or Cold Water.

It may be washed with soap and water, or cleaned with

alcohol or ammonia.

Unless otherwise specified we ship Brass Beds in Bright Finish.

Finishes such as Satin or Polet will be supplied without extra

charge, it being necessary only to so specify when ordering.

All Brass Beds are crated securely without extra charge.

FINISH IRON BEDS

All Iron Beds are given three coats of the best grade enamel.

After each coat the beds are baked at a high temperature, and are

rubbed down between the coats. The result is a finish that is

both pleasing to the eye and of lasting durability.
