1.0 Site Organizational Chart and Chain of Command.

a. MKD to submit organization chart by Wednesday 5th December 2012complete with curriculum vitaes. For vacant positions MKD to advise

on expected date to be filled.MKD yet to complete organization chart as MI notesome positionsare still un-filled. Urgent positions for structuralengineer and RC schedulers needed to be filledimmediately as MKD must start toproduce shop drawings prior to commencing the per-manent works.Note: MI instructs MKD that all site personnelmust be present on site and responsible forduties. MKD confirms that organization chart90% completed.

a. Overall program will be submitted on 12th December 2012. For Branpollard warehouse MI instruct MKD to spilt schedule between4000m2 and the rest of warehouse building.

Note: Done, MKD submitted main program andflour mills building program base on meetingwhich held on Friday, 4th January 2013 with BS.MI requested for special meeting to discussabout this program as MI has comment on theprogram, Wednesday 16th January 2013.

4. Hold area may continue using embankment system and reducenumber of motorcycle parking lot.Not confirm with finaldrawing form MI

5. MKD to continue with fence construction. MKD informs thatLion mesh production will be delay for 1 month. Scheduledabout 30% of material can delivered by 21st this month

6. BS confirms sliding gate will be use for both, front and backentrance.

7. BS confirms traffic study given by BITA.

6.0 Equipment/Machinery/Batching Plant.a. Batching plant on site will start commencing by second

week ofJanuary (tentative date). MKD informs that they willuse batchingplant from Siam Cement Group (SCG). MKD need toclarifyresources for raw material with SCG in order to supportbatchingplant and meet MI standard quality. Meeting to be heldwith SCG

tomorrow, MKD to advise all on outcome.Note: SGC started on 8th January 2013 andshould be finished by 28th January 2013 still on

progress
