Breath deeply and slowly through your nose allowing the breath to fill
and expand your belly. This instantly tells your body that everything is ok
and helps you to feel calmer and happier.

It’s not possible to always please others, so
stop promising things that stress you out and
you know you can’t deliver on. Instead just say
NO (this will most likely take a little practice
so go easy on yourself).
3. your to-do list.
Do all those tasks really need to be done today?
Prioritise the important tasks only and use a diary or online calendar to
schedule the other tasks throughout the remainder of the week.
4. , soak up a few golden rays…
and breath in some beautiful fresh air. Being outdoors can greatly help
you feel grounded, centred, increase your mood and instantly makes you
feel happier.

5. turn up the volume and sing and
dance. Music can instantly boost your mood and make you feel good!

walk, run, yoga, workout. Whatever it is you love and can easily access,
do it. It’s so beneficial to have a home workout program you can perform
on the days you cant get out the house.

Whether it’s a power nap, cat nap or a full
nights sleep, your happiness and general
wellbeing is strongly affected by your
sleep.

There are so many health benefits associated with having a regular
meditation practice and increasing your happiness and reducing stress are
just a few of them. If meditating is daunting to you just start by finding a
quiet seat and taking 10 deep slow breaths through the nose. Gradually
increase this to 10 or more minutes. Guided meditations are great for
beginners and make it just that little bit easier to switch off.

feel thankful and appreciative for all that you do have in your life.
