STERIMATIC A UNIQUE SYSTEM WHICHPROTECTS NEEDLES

The safer, hygienic and economical way to inject all livestock.

Helps protect livestock against cross infection from damaging viruses and bacteria.

Laboratory tested and used extensively across the world, the Sterimatic System has provedto be effective on a wide range of animals, poultry and birds.

The Sterivax Pack combines ahigh quality 5ml Phillipsvaccinator with the SterimaticNeedle System, to give up to300 automatically disinfectedand accurate injections.

The Sterimatic sleeve is aretractable sleeve which fitsonto the syringe around theneedle, helping to protect it.

The Stericap is a precisionmoulded plastic container,that fits into the Sterimaticsleeve and contains foamsoaked in disinfectant, whichcleans the needle as it passesthrough the Stericap.

The needle is protected beforeuse and automatically cleanedas it enters the animal.

Prime the needleand syringe to expel air,

as usual.

Fit the protectivesleeve over the

needle and ontothe syringe.

Push the STERICAPonto the sleeve over the needle

point.

Twist off the sealand discard

and the system is ready for use.

Push the STERICAP

against the skin of the animal,the sleeve will

retract.

The needle passes through

the STERICAPchamber and is

automaticallyswabbed and

disinfected. Thedose is delivered to

the correct depth,as usual.

As it is withdrawn,the sleeve retractsand needle passesback through the

chamber where it isswabbed and

disinfected again,ready for reuse.
