Gender Equity-Sport Canada requirements for equal participation and access to the sport – currently this is not a major issue for our sport but we do not want to lose the stability of our situation

-at present the Executive is and will monitor the stability of gender equality in the participation of the sport

-Divisions should always look to incorporate ways of promoting the sport to females as we are still under represented in terms of numbers on this gender
