Mencap found out that most people with learning disabilities in England were victims of bullying
Mencap says:
• Most bullying happens in public places
• Most bullies are strangers
• Children and young people are often the bullies
They say that being bullied can make you feel depressed

Medway
The first step to making a plan is to find out:
• how many people are being bullied?• where does it happen?• who are the bullies?
To stop bullying in Medway we need a plan

The Medway plan will help people understand:
• when they are victims.
• how to keep safe
• how to help each other.
• we need easy ways to report bullying
