LIFE @ KC FIRST
Our annual KC First Fantasy Football season kicks off this coming Saturday, August 25, with the draft that will take place at Buffalo Wild Wings (Metcalf & 103rd) at 11am. Anyone is welcome to join! Email Pastor Jeff Byler at [email protected] if you are interested in playing this year.
You are invited to an all-church ministry fair and potluck after the morning service TODAY, in the gym! We will have the opportunity to hear about some of the ministries & activities happening at the church that we can get involved in, as well as having the opportunity to talk and eat together. Can’t make it to the ministry fair today but want to be involved? Fill out the volunteer survey insert in your worship folder, put it in the offering plate, & the staff will contact you!
Our Wednesday night activities will resume for the fall this week (Aug 22)! Activities for all ages will take place throughout this fall and winter. You won’t want to miss it!
5:30pm: Midweek Meal (Gym) This week: taco salad & brownies.
Meal: $5/person or $20/family.
6:15pm: Choir Rehearsal (Choir Room)
6:30pm: Children’s Quizzing (Room 216) This year, they will be studying the book of Acts!
6:30pm: Youth Group (Teen Room) Special fall kick-off party this week for all students
in 7th-12th grades!
**Beginning September 5** 6:30pm: “Healthy, Happy, Holy” book study
