The minimum obligatory parameters for commissioning: Base station
Cell Operator ID & Cell ID Duplex DL-UL ratio
Cluster a virtual entity only for management purposes ID , Name , Location , Heading , beam width

11Switching Mode
The Switching Mode parameter defines the convergence sub-layer (CS) used in the network infrastructure.
Ethernet CS is applicable to the current generation of layer 2 based services.
IP CS Switching Mode is IP CS Switching Mode is compatible with the 802.16e standard
The default Switching Mode is Ethernet CS.
Select 1 for Ethernet CS OR 2 for IP CS
Change will take effect after NPU reset
