CFS Years 1 & 2 Timelines for Reporting and PlansDate Action
March 3 HCF distribute the instructions for year end progress reports, Year 1 financial reports, and Year 2 plans and budgets
April 25 “Early decision” deadline for Year 2 plans/budgets
May 26 HCF notify early decision applicants of Year 2 approval (contingent upon satisfactory progress)
June 13 Schools (with community partners) submit Year 1 year-end progress reports
June 20 “Regular decision” deadline for Year 2 plans/budgets
June 30 Grant Year 1 ends (for purpose of Year 2 plans and budgets)
Week of July 14 HCF disburse checks for early decision awards (60% of award)
July 18 Schools and community partners submit Year 1 year-end (June 30) financial reports to HCF
July 21 HCF notify regular decision applicants of Year 2 approval
Week of August 18 HCF disburse checks for regular decision awards (60% of award)
