The IISCPR Project
IISCPR project is part of a 15 years program of the Bulgarian Government to create cadastre and property register for the entire country in digital format
The program makes use of World Bank loans
IISCPR goals to develop and integrate 3 subsystems
Information subsystem of Cadastre register ( for 28 Cadastre Offices, on district base); decentralized system
Information subsystem of Property register( for 113 Property Register Offices, on court region base); centralized system
One-Stop-Shop – web application providing internet access to cadastral and property data for professional users and citizens

Governance•organization, management, and control of internal regulations
and processes
•development and maintenance of cadastre maps and cadastre registers
•keeping of registers of licensed persons with specific competence
•determination of the scope of services of the cadastre officesas well as remote access services
•communication of IISPR CA with other systems

Regarding the Registry Agency
