St. Peter’s Parish is once again continuing its

participation in the Archdiocesan effort to strengthen

parishes and deepen our knowledge of our faith

through the program offered by Renew

International. Four years ago Cardinal Sean

O’Malley invited all the parishes of the Archdiocese

to consider participating in Arise. Now the Cardinal

is encouraging us to continue participating in the

“Why Catholic?” program. The next theme is

“Sacraments” Most of the Arise groups are

enthusiastically planning to continue. Fr. Steve is

seeking new leaders and new members as well as new

groups for “Why Catholic?” If you and/or your

friends are interested in organizing a group please

contact either Fr. Steve (617-268-0353) or Aldona

Lingertat (alingertat@aol.com).

Šv. Petro parapija pasiruošus vėl pilnai remti Bostono diocezijos pastangas stiprinti parapijas ir gilinti mūsų tikėjimo žinias per programą, paruoštą Renew International. Prieš keturis metus, Kardinolas O’Malley kvietė visas parapijas dalyvauti “Why Catholic?” programoje. Dauguma mūsų Kelkis grupių pasiruošusios tęsti savo suėjimus su šia nauja programa. Sekanti tema – sakramentai. Ski Visitor Weekend at the College of St. Mary Magdalen

The College of Saint Mary Magdalen is hosting its annual Ski Visitor Weekend for prospective students from February 20-23, 2014. There is no cost to attend. Students will have the ability to attend classes, stay in the dorms, eat in the dining hall, meet other prospective students, attend Mass, and go skiing at Pat’s Peak in Henniker, NH. 511 Kearsarge Mountain Road, Warner, NH. “The Light is on for You”

The goal is to bring about a renewal of the sacrament of reconciliation throughout the Archdiocese. Our parish will be participating. In order to achieve this, confessions will be heard at St. Peter’s from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday evenings during Lent (February 13, 20, 27, March 6, 13, 20) Išpažintys bus klausomos kiekvieną Gavėnių trečiadienį, šv. Position: Chief Financial Officer The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in the Archdiocese of Boston is

currently searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer. The CFO

will be responsible for all financial aspects of the Society including

donated goods, operations and charity programs. As the only Finance

individual he/she will be responsible for all accounting and finance

functions.
