Despite having great results in the previous years, most of the companies are facing the tough consequences of the crisis!
Be prepared to overcome the downturn
Cost cutting and adjustment of fixed costs in all areas
Promoting new products → cement with mineral components
No new capital investments will be made to increase capacity
Spending on replacement and rationalization reduced to a minimum
Then…what do we do?
Look beyond the crisis
Prepared to meet the market requirements with the modern production capacities
Increased demand for construction materials and infrastructure projects →main driver of growth
Make people understand the situation
 Internal buy-in and engagement
