See Mrs. Leavis at least one block before the session for a pass in order for us to provide an appropriate space for the visit.

If you have a major assignment, presentation or assessment in a class during a scheduled visit, you must complete your academic obligation before the visit. See your counselor with any conflicts.

Westford Academy Guidance Department11Yellow SheetsOur college application processing form this is how we track the paperwork that we need to send into each college. This covers the cost of processing transcripts for life. The $3 per college subsidizes the cost of Naviance for grades 6-12. Students can purchase this for $3 per sheet from Mrs. Leavis in the Guidance Office.Students need to turn in one yellow sheet for each college he/she is applying to at least TWO weeks before the deadline. So, for a Nov 1st deadline, we need the yellow sheet no later than Oct 15th. For an Oct 15th deadline, we need the yellow sheet no later than Oct 1st.For any regular decision deadlines, we will need the yellow sheets by December 5th - to ensuring processing applications before the December break.
