Sir / Madam,

The Directorate of Education and the State Council of Educational Research AndTraining (SCERT), Porvorim in association with Jio-Embibe Pvt. Ltd. isconducting a computer based "Revision Test for the students of Std. X in thesubject Mathematics & Science appearing in Board Examination April 2020" forall the Government and Aided Secondary Schools.

The test is aimed to evaluate & gauge the preparedness of the students for theforthcoming board examination. The diagnostic report will empower you andyour teachers to pay personal attention for the remedial gaps and inducemeaningful interactions with the students around specific areas of improvementlike;

1. Test taking strategy, so as to score as per the students' true potential.2. Careless mistakes attempted during the test, which if avoided will help

improving the overall score.3. Pinpoint concept wise knowledge gaps.4. Provide personalized improvement plan which will help the students with

data driven insights.

(72.0.3626 or above), Internet Connectivity (Stable 2Mbps) & Minimum 2 GB

Ram in Computers for conducting the test. The revision test can be taken on

Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile Devices through Joi-Embibe Portal(https: II educationgoa.embibe.com).

Your participation will help to plan remedial action in the remaining time before

the Board exam, which will contribute to the overall academic health of the State.

The reVISIOntest is to be taken seriously by all students of all the schools.

Reports of all students for this test will be generated in 24 hours Student wise

(Through student Login ID and password given by EMBIBE).

The individual report of each student will help him / her to understand his/her

weak areas (subject wise) through this test which the student should improve

upon and perform better in the upcoming board exams.

Similarly Head of the Institution is expected to review the report of his/her school

and take appropriate steps for scheduling remedial classes to improve individualscore and overall score of the school as well.

The steps for conducting the test and support system is annexed herewith.

ANNEXURE-I

Steps for conducting the test :

1. You need to nominate computer teacher and one subject teacher(Maths/Science) who will be responsible for conducting the Revision

. test. They can take help from other teachers as required during theprogram.

2. The Selected teacher must use theiraccessing the report ofhttps: 1/ educationgoa.embibe.com

3. The Headmaster / Headmistress / Teacher should refer to demo videoto understand how to use the login and password , provided by"EMBIBE"to all students.

4. The Headmaster / Headmistress / Teacher is expected to write namesagainst each login , provided by "EMBIBE"to identify the student forhim/her to appear in the revision test.

5. The login IDs and password against each student name to be displayedon the main notice board.

6. The student data needs to be ready and filled in the google sheetprovided by EMBIBEbefore the actual date of revision test.

7. The Headmaster / Headmistress / Teacher needs to ensure that the testis completed by the students independently and in controlledenvironment in the school.

8. The revision test can be taken on Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or MobileDevices

9. The School needs to have good internet connectivity on the computerswith latest chrome browser and Min 2 GB RAM they are using toconduct this revision test.

10. The revision test duration is of 2 hours and should be planned In

batches in the school based and as per the availability of computersystems.

11. AllQuestions are mandatory to be answered.12. Usage of Calculators and books are not allowed during the test. Any

kind of printed or reference material is strictly prohibited. Howeverthey can use blank paper for rough work.

13. During the test if the student logs out at any time during the test, thenthe previously selected answers of questions will not be retained if he/ she appears once again.
