Overview

This module will cover the basics of troubleshooting. It begins by examining a methodology that breaks down the process of troubleshooting into manageable steps. Next, a variety of tools will be introduced that are used to troubleshoot a WLAN. These tools include cable testers, sniffers, and spectrum analyzers. A brief discussion of system logging and single point of failure troubleshooting will be presented. Finally, enterprise management tools will be explored.
