Prospectus is an imitation issued to thepublic to take shares or debentures of thecompany or to deposit money with thecompany.
Share means the smallest unit of total sharecapital of a company.
Preference shares are those shares whichcarry preferential rights in respect ofdividend and repayment of capital in theevent of winding up of the company.
Auditor: Auditor is people who checks andverify the book of accounts of a company.

Phase I – Warming up stage
Activity-1 Brain Storming
In the introductory phase the teacherpresents a wedding card to the students.Teacher tells about the importance ofprinting wedding cards for the marriageceremony function.
Activity 2 Group Activity

After presenting thewedding ceremony video, teacher asks somequestions to the students such as comparethe two videos.
