    Trong xu th hi nhp nn kinh t th gii ca Vit Nam, cc chng trnh t ng ho thit k v ang ng gp mt cch tch cc cho vic nng cao cht lng sn phm, rt ngn qu trnh sn xut, khng nh v nng cao sc cnh tranh cng danh ting ca doanh nghip trn th trng trong cng nh ngoi nc.

    Trong nhm cc phn mm t ng ho thit k 3D(trong khng gian 3 chiu) ph bin, phn mm SolidWorks v ang khng nh v tr vng chc dn u th gii, l phn mm th hin t duy thit k v cng ngh lp trnh mi. SolidWorks l mt cng c c lc cho vic thit k t ng cc vt th 3 chiu (3D), gip cho cc k s t th hin cc tng sng to ca mnh trong thit k mt cch trc quan ti a ngay trn chi tit 3D m lc u khng quan tm n kch thc c th ca chi tit, nhanh chng th hin chi tit thit k thnh bn v k thut truyn thng (2D), thit k to khun, to mu cho lnh vc c mt cch nhanh chng t cc chi tit c thit k. SolidWorks ni ln vi cc u im sau:

    - To m hnh thit k thun tu khng gian 3 chiu vi giao din d nm bt v s dng; - Tnh chuyn nghip cao, c th qun l cc b phn lp rp ln n hng chc nghn chi tit; - m bo tnh ni kt 2 chiu: ton b bn v sn xut s c cp nht khi thay i m hnh

    v ngc li; - Th vin cc chi tit lm sn phong ph vi tnh nng lp rp thng minh; - Kh nng m phng chuyn ng, pht hin xung t; - Kh nng thit k cc chi tit dng ng ng, tm mng hay chi tit dng v mng, thit k

    khun c, v.v.... Trong khun kh gio n ny chng ti tp trung gii thiu v hng dn s dng phn mm

    thit k t ng SolidWorks phin bn mi nht: SolidWorks 2008. Ti liu gm 10 chng gii thiu phn c bn. i vi cc hc vin ln u lm quen vi phn mm thit k cn tp trung nm vng cc chng 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 7 v 8, sau tip tc nghin cu v thc hnh cc ni dung cn li.

    Gio n ny thch hp cho k s, k thut vin tt nghip ngnh c kh ch to my v cc ngnh k thut khc lm vic trong lnh vc nghin cu thit k, ng thi l ti liu tham kho cho cc sinh vin cc ngnh k thut ni chung.

    1.1. Gii thiu v SolidWorks

    SolidWorks s dng giao din ho ca Microsoft Windows, Solidworks da trn c s ngui dng quen lm vic trong mi trng Windows.

    1.1. 1. Cc nguyn tc thit k trong Solidworks

    S dng Solidworks c th to cc chi tit 3 chiu, sau c th s dng cc chi tit ny to cc khi lp ghp v cc bn v 2 chiu.

    Mt hnh 3D bt k phi tm c cch chia nh ra cc thnh phn sau v tng phn mt. Vic v ny c th dng la chn Merge (Hp nht) to thnh khi lin vi khi to trc .

    1.1.2.Cc thut ng trong SolidWorks

    Ca s ti liu: Ca s ti liu trong SolidWorks cha 2 phn: Trong phn bn tri gm:

    Qun l cy cu trc ti liu (Feature Manager): biu din cu trc ca chi tit, bn v lp, bn v k thut.

    Qun l tnh cht (Property Manager) bo m cc phng php h tr cho vic to cc ho tit, hnh tit v cc mi quan h vi cc ph lc ca SOLIDWORKS.

    Qun l cc cu hnh (Configuration Manager) dng to, chn v xem qua cc cu hnh khc nhau ca chi tit, bn lp trong ti liu

    Bn phi l vng ho trong c th thc hin cc lnh khc nhau i vi chi tit, bn lp v bn v k thut

    - Drawing: Khi c bn v chi tit hoc bn v lp thi ta chn Drawing biu din cc hnh chiu, mt ct t cc bn v chi tit hay bn v lp c trn cc file ny c phn m rng *.slddrw.

    Sau y l cc tu chn:

    * Chn Part: thit k cc chi tit dng 3D. Trc ht bn phi c cc mt phng v phc tho, thng thng SolidWorks mc nh chn mt Front lm mt v phc tho. Tu vo kt cu ca cc chi tit thit k m ta to ra cc mt phc tho khc nhau vn ny s c trnh by k chng 2, 3, 4. y bt u v

    Vic chn mt phng v phc tho rt quan trng. N quyt nh n hiu sut cng vic. Trong trng hp v xut pht t b mt cong, th vic to mt phng phi c cn nhc pht trin cc khi c thun li nht.

    T mi mt phng, bn c th thc hin v 1 hay nhiu phc tho. Mi phc tho s lm cn c xy dng 1 khi. Tuy nhin nu v ch 1 khi cng cn xem xt tng trng hp c th chn cho ng, c khi ch cn 1 phc tho l , nhng nhiu trng hp ta vn phi v thm cc phc tho khc h tr.

    T cc phc tho mun pht trin thnh cc khi, tm... th cc phc tho ny phi iu kin pht trin thnh khi tm . Mt trong nhng d liu thng tin m bn b sung khng hp l th s pht trin thnh khi cn v cng khng thc hin c.

    Vic ly cc bn v phc tho t phn mm khc, cn c vo bng nhp xut bit chi tit. Thng thng v bng SolidWorks nhanh hn rt nhiu.

    Nu xc nh tt hnh phc tho, cng vic s gim rt nhiu cng sc ca bn.

    Khi lm vic vi SolidWorks bn cn ch ti biu tng gc phi trn ca vng ho thc hin lnh (Ok, Cancel, Exit Sketch) v mt s k hiu hnh 1.18 di y.

    Trong cc phn mm Windows ni chung v SolidWorks ni ring cn rt nhiu thanh cng c thng dng khc. bt tt cc thanh cng c khc chn View/Toolbars/(Chn thanh cng c cn thit).

    Nu mun quan st nhiu chi tit trn cng mn hnh th ta m tt c cc chi tit cn quan st. Khi mi chi tit c m ra mt ca s. sp xp chng ta chn menu Window\Tile Horizontally xp theo hng ngang (hay Tile Vertically xp theo hng dc)..

    C th nhn gi phm Space Bar, v cun chut, ty theo ch ang chn m SolidWork s phc v cng vic cun hay thu phng hnh.

    1.6.2. Thanh cng c View

    Thanh cng c ny dng cho qu trnh di chuyn, phng to, thu nh, quay i tng vi cc gc nhn khc nhau, thun tin cho qu trnh v phc tho v lm vic vi cc i tng 3D.

    Th t cc cng c t tri qua phi l cc lnh sau: + Lnh Zoom preview: Tr v mn hnh trc ; + Lnh Zoom to fit: Lnh ny c chc nng thu ton b cc i tng c trn

    vng ha v ton b mn hnh.

    s dng lnh ny c th biu tng hoc menu View\Modify\Zoom to fit. Lnh ny c th thc hin qua phm tt F.

    + Lnh Zoom Area: Lnh ny dng phng to cc i tng trong ng vng khoanh chut. s dng lnh ny c th biu tng hoc chn menu View\Modify\Zoom to Area.

    + Lnh Zoom in/out: Lnh ny c chc nng phng to hay thu nh ton b mn hnh ha tu vo vic di chuyn chut (t di ln trn th phng to, ngc li t trn xung di th thu nh). s dng lnh ny c th biu tng hoc chn menu View\Modify\Zoom in/out.

    + Lnh Zoom to Selection: Lnh ny c chc nng phng to i tng c chn ln ton b mn hnh ha. s dng lnh ny c th biu tng

    hoc chn menu View\Modify\Zoom to Selection. Khi thc hin lnh trc ht phi chn i tng cn phng to bng lnh Select sau kch hot lnh.

    + Lnh Rotate View: Lnh ny c chc nng quay cc i tng theo cc gc nhn khc nhau n rt tin li trong qu trnh quan st cng nh lp ghp gia cc mt trong qu trnh thao tc vi bn v lp Assembly. s dng lnh ny c th

    biu tng hoc chn menu View\Modify\Rotate. Lnh ny cng c th s dng phm Shift + cc phm mi tn ngang dc thc hin chuyn gc nhn trong qu trnh lp ghp.

    + Lnh Pan: Lnh ny c chc nng di chuyn ton b cc i tng c trong vng ha theo mt phng bt k trn mn hnh quan st bng cch . s dng lnh ny c th biu tng hoc chn menu View\Modify\Pan hoc c th s dng t hp phm Ctrl+ cc phm mi tn sang phi hay tri.

    + Lnh 3D Drawing View: Lnh ny dng quan st 3D trong bn v k thut.

    + Lnh Standard View: Bt thanh cng c Standard View. + Lnh Wireframe: Lnh ny cho hin tt c cc cnh ca m hnh. s

    dng lnh ny menu View\Display\Wireframe + Lnh Hidden Lines Visible: Lnh ny cho hin tt c cc cnh ca m hnh.

    Nhng cnh khut c biu din bng mu khc hay phng khc. s dng lnh ny menu View\Display\Hidden Lines Visible

    + Lnh Hidden Lines Removed: Lnh ny cho hin tt c cc cnh nhn thy c gc nhn hin ti. s dng lnh ny menu View\Display\Hidden lines Removed.

    + Lnh Shaded With Edges: Lnh ny cho hin m hnh dng t bng cng cc cnh nhn thy c ca n. s dng lnh ny menu View\Display\Shaded With Edges gc nhn hin ti.

    + Lnh Shaded: Lnh ny cho hin m hnh dng t bng gc nhn hin ti. s dng lnh ny menu View\Display\Shaded.

    + Lnh Shadows in Shaded Mode: Lnh ny cho hin m hnh dng t bng v c bng ca n. s dng lnh ny menu View\Display\Shadows in Shaded Mode.

    + Lnh Section Wiew: Lnh ny cho hin mt phn ca m hnh sau khi ct b bi mt hay nhiu mt phng. s dng lnh ny menu View\Display\Section Wiew.
