About Docor helicopterDoctor helicopter is a model that packed the speed and luggage in a kind of helicopter. Objective, from land model that is required for the location difficult is unlikely places and hospital transport rescue.

First product prototype(Tinkercad)Tinkercad is one of the 123D design, it models in combination a shape becoming basic. It can make appearance with basic software designing broadly. Leave a block on graph paper and express one’s form that we want to make. We can put it together to the size of the object which we want to make because we can extend or cut this block. In addition, we can let a block be floating in the air. It is so practical. Moreover, when it was wrong, we move or delete block. In addition, when we can make a hole in a block, we can make a pipe-formed object.

Second product prototype(123D Design)123D Design is 3D CAD software offered free from Autodesk company.Autodesk company is an American company. Because 123D Design is 3D CAD used all over the world, all the languages are English. However, it is what kind of working command, or even a beginner comes to know it because the command function is displayed with an icon clearly.The account that oneself made can upload the data such as 3D data or the STL file, and the management by the cloud is possible. Because cloud management is possible, access is enabled from Windows, Mac and iPad.

Third product prototype(123D make)

123D Make can convert 3D data into development of 2D. We can make a solid thing with the method

different from the 3D print by beginning to talk about the vector data which we made with laser

material processing machines, and assembling it. A model is displayed when I scan the model that I

made in 123D Design by 123D Make. And can confirm the size of length, the width, the depth. In

addition, we can develop a model in various form by using 123D Make. For example, we make form

repeating and can unfold radially. Furthermore, we can watch the animation of the assembling

method of the parts which we cut and brought down.

The main rotor of ‘helicopter emergency medical service’ used a composite material (glass fiber).

And the body of Dr.Helicopter is used metal and glass etc.

These materials such as composite material (glass fiber), metal, and glass is possible to use.

Because, it is not difficult to collect these materials.

The main rotor is required to have excellent flexibility and durability. In addition, the entire mass must

not be too heavy.

The material should be durable. Because, the ‘helicopter emergency medical service’ fly the sky to

rescue people in the affected areas and high winds.

Color is an important feature. Because,it must be a bright visible colors such as a red in order to

enhance visibility from the ground.

A motor is need to turning the wings of object, and a battery for storing electricity, and need a tool

to rescue the patient.

The construction require any special skill. The repair of the helicopter must have its own license.

However, do not need special skills in reproduction by 3D printer.

The object need attachment like stands and handles. Stands is need to support the body of object,

and door is need handles.

If material is metal, it be attached by welding, and if material is plastic, it be attached by an

adhesive.

In stands, shape of attachment is Rod-like. In handle, shape of attachment is rectangle that is

rounded such as easy to grip.

aircraft , it is very heavy.

The mode of operation is Mechanical. The fuel of the helicopter emergency medical service is

"kerosene" which is almost kerosene .

Identify three important problems

Helicopter emergency medical service, various shapes such as rod-like,squares and curved surfaces,are combined.● So, in the Autodesk, it was me hard to assemble the parts requires fine

work. ● In Tinkercad, delicate parts such as Helicopter emergency medical service

of propeller It was hard to simulate in many real. ● In addition, as similar to the real thing as possible also part of rotary motor,

etc., will be made so that it can really make a rotation axis was tough.

Group member planning Lego Design

Our group is two people to the creation of the artifacts using the 123D design and 123D make. The other is going to create a Web site based on it. Design was created using a simple color and block. For the execution phase is to solve the problems that get started with everyone on the day good of all of the circumstances, where it can be a problem we are stepping on the stage to unravel in each time. In addition, Lego creation, has been left to the people who worked in the last challenge.
