Here is a break down of what we supply and what benefits you receive with our Unbranded-Managed package, which we supply for £699 on an ad hoc basis, or Semi-Branded Managed package which we supply for £999. We can reduce both package prices when pre-purchasing credits that are valid for twelve months or entering a business partnership as detailed in the price list below.

(1) A fully managed 28 day advertising campaign across UK and Global job boards including their own spider networks and additional boards. (2) A fully managed 28 day advertising campaign across the following social media sites including Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.

We initiate watchdogs on job boards that provide this service, this means we get direct applicants and a CV search of the boards database for relevant people that we should contact regarding the advertised vacancy, these people are then contacted by phone and /or email and informed that there is an opportunity that they may be interested in. The boards that we place your advert on then network to other boards within their network, your advert actually appears on over 200 boards including national, international and local UK county specific boards. We have tried and tested every UK job board and altered our packages so that the boards we originally post on are the ones that have historically yielded the best response rates. We do use other boards that are aimed at particular industries such as automotive, engineering, accountancy, retail, fashion, sales etc. so if there is a specific board that is not included in our packages that you like and want, we can tailor the package to your requirements. The social media aspect is fully integrated in our systems and managed by the account manager. (3) A dedicated account manager who will:

Promote the vacancy in every way possible (4) Free branded company profile on CvWow.com, which utilises our aggregate technology. (5) Free ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Multiple managers can access the ATS system from multiple locations at the same time; you can view who has applied, whom we have rejected and whom we have accepted. You can overturn any decision we make and take full control if you choose. This also acts as a CV storage facility so you can access any previous role and revisit previously received candidates, which negates the need for CVs to be emailed or stored on your PC. All applicants are viewable with this service except those obtained by social media, social media is linked to the system but these candidates tend to call or email the account manager directly rather than applying via the advert. There are some boards that do not appear on the ATS, as they are not compatible with our multi posting technology, they are posted on individually by the account manager, this has no bearing on the responses, just the posting. This should provide an insight into what we do when we take on a campaign. The above is what a traditional recruiter would do and then charge you for the candidate, we do it the other way around, we charge you for the sourcing campaign and you then have access to all of the candidates that apply.

You can hire any number of the candidates and the cost remains the same.
