• Complete the StrengthsQuest & Inner Saboteurs assessments (20 mins approx). Look at blog for instructions on how to complete!

• Complete and hand in your reflection paper on Strengths/Saboteurs within 5 mins of start of class

• Paper should be minimum 1 page in length, single spaced, 11 point font

• Sign up to at least one BCC workshop in COOL

• Make a LinkedIn profile and connect with 3 people
