VMAC Holdings Corp, through its subsidiary, produces coconut nectar vodka. The Company also produces fruit wines. The Company's vodka is distributed in the United States in California, Texas, and Georgia, as well as Guam and the Philippines and its wines in the Philippines, Guam, and the United States.

Asset-wise, the WMAC’s present capitalization is placed at US$980,000,000. At the present existing authorized 500,000,000 shares approved by the US SEC Regulation body, the value of the shares should be US$1.96 per share (asset wise) and should trade at PE x 13 or at US$25.48 per share. (But this is not yet reflected in the OTC Market website).

However, as caution, all must remember that it is the Stock Market forces that dictate the value of the shares to go up or down, not the company or its assets, or performance.

Fundamentals on how stock of WMAC go up?With the basic fundamentals of the WMAC that are existing realistically, the shares of stocks of WMAC should be trading at a low of US$2.00 to a high of US$25.00 per share, given the following:

•Its asset is a 3,000 hectare mining operations proven to contain gold, silver, copper, zinc, nickel and iron;

•WMAC has no liabilities whatsoever;

•The operating agreement is for 50 years, which can be extended to another 50 years;

•The 3,000 hectare mining site would need 100 years to finish mining its mineral resources.
