Wisconsin’s land is rich. It’s land is also spread apart.

Most of Wisconsin’s land was formed by glaciers from the last ice age. Wisconsin has wheat fields that can go on for miles.

In 1871 a forest fire hit Peshtigo, Wisconsin and over 1,200 people died.

In 2007, 18 tornados had struck Wisconsin in one whole day.

During the 1940’s a man named Alex Jordan built his house out of a 60 foot rock which is now called Deer Rock Shelter.
