TRUST IS AT THE BASE OF THE T BECAUSE WITHOUT IT BEING ESTABLISHED AND ENHANCED, THE OTHER ELEMENTS ARE NOT
POSSIBLE. AS LEADERS WE MUST BOTH TRUST AND BE TRUSTED. THIS MUST BE CONTINUALLY WORKED ON AND KEPT.

HOW DO YOU KEEP TRUST A PRIORITY?
HOW WE TREAT THOSE WE LEAD IS IMPORTANT. WE NEED TO SHOW RESPECT TO PEOPLE AND THEIR IDEAS, CONCERNS, AND
PERSPECTIVES. TREAT THEM WELL OR WATCH THEM BAIL.
