Who are Synergy Renewable Energy?

Synergy Renewable Energy are a renewable energy company which

specialises in solar PV and Infrared panel installations. We’ve been

operating in the renewable sector for a number of years, and offer a

comprehensive design and installation service, allowing both domestic

and commercial customers to generate energy and heat from a range

of technologies. We’ve now launched our Synergy Renewables

Franchise, which is a great opportunity to get involved in the

renewables sector.

The UK Renewable Energy Market

The UK government see renewable energy as a key part of its strategy

to reduce reliance on overseas energy and as a way of reducing the

impact on climate change. The UK government has one of the most

ambitious targets in Europe, looking to generate up to 30% electricity

from renewable sources as well as 12% heat generation. Its currently

produces 7% of its energy needs from renewables.

In total the government want to have 15% of the UK’s total energy

needs supplied by renewable sources by 2020. This in turn has

created a huge market opportunity for the renewable energy sector,

with franchisees operating in an industry that is worth billions and will

continue to grow for decades to come.

The solar Feed-in Tariff has created a huge market opportunity for

many homeowners and business, and highly efficient Infrared panels

offer alternative heating options. The UK renewable energy market is

set to explode over the coming decades, and you could very well be

part of this.

Synergy Renewable Energy Franchise

Our franchise format has been designed to be as simple and straight

forward as possible, and is based around 2 products —solar panels

and infrared panels. Both of which are manufactured in Germany.

Our solar panels are Solarworld units, which are the market leaders in

Europe and America. The infrared panels we use are manufactured by

Redpur, and offer incredible build quality, efficiency and heating

capabilities. Over 12,000 infrared panels have been installed in

Germany alone. And they come in a variety of styles, colours and sizes

(including panels disguised as pictures).

We expect franchisees to be primarily responsible for the sales and

marketing of these two products. Both products are relatively easy

technologies to understand and sell, and as time progresses you will

start targeting bigger and bigger projects.

Synergy Franchise Fees and Territory

Our franchise fees are one of the lowest in the marketplace, and our

Management Fee is a single monthly payment of £400. This is a fixed

fee payable from the 3rd month of your franchise operations and runs

over the 5 years of your Agreement.

Everyone also gets a defined area, which is postcode based giving you

a huge number of UK territories to choose from.
