Survey on Internet Usage
What was the research problem?• Ongoing tracker for Google wanted to understand
their hold as well as their competitors’ in the online market industry and also better ways to improvise their services. Basically, the objective was to understand the awareness and penetration of its services among 18+ year olds.
• The client wanted to understand the social behaviour of a respondent.
• It was expected to achieve the sample size across Indian cities- Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and weekly trackers were implemented based on the requirement.
How did Borderless Access solve the problem?• In order to reach out to 16-17 years
age group, we sent out a catchy text invite to their parents.
• Samples were deployed at regular intervals for tier 2 and tier 3 cities compared to tier 1 cities and kept the client updated regularly, also followed a structured sample plan as per the reporting link.
Outcome
• Successfully met the weekly expectations and the client was pleased with the project manager’s approach on handling the tracker and communication channel.
• Added to success, the client commissioned another market and renewed the tracker to us.
