What have we seen in China?
SF Express is the key logistic company that help Chinese Ecommerce get boom in the recent years.We lived in China for 5 years. We got use to Chinese E-commerce and want to make SF Express for Thailand and South East Asia market
What have we start?In Octrober, after I found that there were no one can help me to ship product of my Facebook shop from Bangkok to Nonthaburi. I back to home and coding. 5 hours later, Smipter launched. Although it was just MVP, we got 5 customers in that day. I stop Smipter by the next day and was planning to created Thailand’s SF Express.

What have we start?By December 19thI formed a Smipter teamMr.Supayos the Lazada’s Thailand Co-founder and I served as co-CEO. Mr.Apiwat from KC property served as CMO and Mr.Tanachai from KC property as well served as COO.We got first big order from China Embassy to ship around Bangkok and more customers come. We closed orders that month for 128 orders with 10 customers.

What have we start?
By January, Mr.Supayos leaved to VEO online, but still serve as our advisor.
600 orders were too much for us. So I tried to find solution. We then decided to stop all fixed cost and make all partnership system like Uber does. Smipter then became a software for logistic company.
We moved to our office in Eakamai Soi4 and found so tired to ship product by ourseleve. We couldn’t scale by having lots of fixed cost.

We are about to connect Freelance Delivery Guysto customers. So we can scale up fast
*Freelance Delivery Person is an existing last mile service in Thailand (and many developing countries). They do last mile delivery, but in informal sector. In Thailand, You can find those delivery guys in Rongmeung Area (ขนส่งรองเมือง). They are such a small delivery companies, or individual who is willing to ship product for inter-city. What we do is to connect them into Smipter system.

By April 29th, we launched our first App on playstore and By May 19th on IOS.What we can do is to ship product for inter-city, track product and cash on delivery.
