online reviews showed 88% of

people have been influenced by an

online customer service review.

Research also shows more people

share negative experiences than

positive ones (45% to 30%).

According to Nielson, 78% of buyers

trusted what others said vs. only 14%

who trusted advertising.

Business owners live in a dangerous
