So, it’s a model of “responsible leadership for peace” that works; because if we analyze it since its inception, the organization emerges as a solution for conflict transformation and peace building, where ‘leadership’ has figured prominently as an important factor in building sustainable peace. I truly believe that if youth are educated in leadership schools that teach them to be as responsible as AIESEC is and take the duty to be peace builders with the utmost seriousness - as it directly generates positive impact in humanity - the organization can become a Global Youth Voice reflecting their power, and the willingness to just go out there and do something, to take risks. I am very proud to be personally contributing to the historic project to help develop others (and myself) in responsible leadership as the most tangible sign of that potential; but this pride is also accompanied by a deep feeling of accountability to my society, myself, and the world. Finally, for me, responsible leadership is about doing what is right, driven by the values of human rights, respecting the duty as a leader and giving precedence to diversity and dialogue. That means that all parties are equally represented and given equal consideration and last but not least, that dialogue is always open and free to solve differences. Doing what is right, a simple sentiment perhaps; however, those simple sentiments are often the most difficult ones to achieve. Not happy in the traditional fashion, though; for me, happiness represents to do what makes me joyful, exploring and discovering every day who I am and help others to be happy. I can perfectly connect my mission with “Peace and Fulfillment of Humankind’s Potential” because in AIESEC we are happy and proud of having found the way to impact the world. We are not just an organization delivering exchange experiences, we are a youth-run network with the philosophy and idea that responsible leadership is the key for each generation from past to future, and that youth leadership development is our responsibility. I consider life not to be about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself. When I talk about my life, I think immediately that such is my message for the world and I want to make sure it’s inspiring and reflects peace, reason why I am happy day by day changing lives, creating experiences in others but especially knowing that the positive social impact fulfills our promise of bringing youth leadership development for a better world. “Managers do things right, leaders do the right things”, I truly am honored that AIESEC was manifesting this statement throughout these entire years. GENERAL QUESTIONNAIREHOW TO SELL 500 GIP TNS IN ONE YEAR IN @COLB?

A national project must be created where LCs of regions with the bestdevelopment opportunities in IT systems and software development solutionswill be clustered to achieve 500 RE IGIP in one year.

SECTOR: IT SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONSCompanies from diverse sectors are always looking for specialists in the IT fieldand AIESEC can provide high caliber candidates.

TARGET MARKETThe main focus of sales will be the most important companies in the Telecommunications and IT Sector in Colombia. The advantage to these companies is that their headquarters in the country are in the cities to which belong theLCs of the cauterization, reason why LCs may actually go to sell in all of them. However, given the bureaucracy ofhuge companies such sales should be the first to be made to ensure the timelines.

GENERAL QUESTIONNAIREHOW TO CREATE A WINNING TOGETHER CULTURE IN @COLB?

“TALENT WINS GAMES, BUT TEAMWORK AND INTELLIGENCE WINSCHAMPIONSHIPS MICHAEL JORDANI have always considered that despite people talking about being acollaborative network, small and medium sized LCs (the ones who needmore support with established goals and timelines) are told what to do butnot how to; reason why there are so many LCs that do not know how todevelop and grow. Likewise, the network still does not realize that althoughthe LCs were measured by numbers of experiences, it’s not just aboutbeing the best LC in the country, the region or even the world, it is aboutworking together and helping the country to share the success.

STRATEGIES TO CREATE A WINNING TOGETHER CULTURE• Create a teamwork environment, where people understand and believe

that thinking, planning, making decisions and actions are better whendone cooperatively. One where people recognize, and even assimilatethe belief that "none of us is as good as all of us“. Only in this way will beestablished the goals to work across the network equally, where smallerLCs are supported and accompanied by huge ones and where projectsare by clusters to achieve greater results.

• Make everyone feel they’re involved with the same objective; thisbecause the most effective way to learn something new is to actuallydo it. Even research shows that when people just sit and listen, theyretain less than 20% of what they hear, but when they are involved inactive experiential learning retain 90%.

• Communicate the clear expectation that teamwork and collaborationare expected. No one completely owns a work area or process all bythemselves, and people who are in leading positions are open andreceptive to ideas and input from others.

• Have a strong organizational culture oriented towards winning, in orderto have a powerful impact on its performance. Culture is the glue thatbinds an organization together and it can be a lasting source ofcompetitive advantage. Winning cultures treat performance as anexplicit output and foster an environment that is conducive togenerating the best possible results for stakeholders.

• Educate Servant Leaders that represent a decentralized structure thatfocuses on staff empowerment and encourages innovation. This meanshaving the upper management share key decision making powers withthe personnel, but most importantly, servant leadership is focused onserving all stakeholders.

HOW TO CHANGE 10.915 LIVES THROUGH Xs TO FULFILL THE @COLB PROMISE OF 2015?

TALENT EVOLVEMENT - A radical change must be created in the minds of the membership so they understand that oneof the ways to change lives, create positive impact in the world, and contribute to peace is providing quality exchanges. That it would be selfish to have the opportunity to generate leaders for the society and not to do for fear of failure, andthat is why AIESEC members are training and learning by doing. Another way to generate leads is through roles and itmust be understood that "first you have to give to receive" and to feel that to profit from the organization, one first shouldbe productive, take every opportunity and make things happen because that's the only way to understand howtruly life-changing AIESEC is.EXPANSION IMPACT ESCALATION - Strengthen existing expansion entities to achieve self-sustaining status and startsignificantly contributing to the network in terms of quality experiences delivered. Such consolidation should be throughan adequate allocation of sponsor LCs that really deserve to support a growing entity, an education cycle tailored toeach entity and tracking based on growth and contribution goals, also the support should be almost daily for operationsand activities. Finally, if the entity after due process and timeline does not achieve the goals, their situation and relevancymust be evaluated so appropriate measures are taken and these efforts are focused on those entities that are growing.ER BREAKTHROUGH - More relevant local and national partnerships not only with business sector and the third sector, butalso through local, regional and national projects with industry guilds and government. Become the 1st choice partner foruniversities and higher training institutions with regards to internationalization. Excellent management and loyalty of alliesplan to ensure durable and larger alliances. Capitalization of stakeholders and alumni network as a mediator in theattainment of objectives. Positioning the organization through media appearances, attendance at events and carryingout events that serve as a facilitator to operations.INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION LEVERAGE - LC2LC and national cooperation that speed up the matching process. Fornational alliances, it should be established goals for Xs with specific track, timelines, profiles, sectors and promotions acrosscountries. For LC2LC cooperation should be ensured that the allied entity provides competitive profiles and have goodreception quality standards, all this in order to fulfill the promises of quality experience for EPs and qualified talent for TNTakers. Also, we must have a plan for national representation in events and activities that can provide strategic alliances.STANDARDIZATION PROCESS - Allowing flexibility in the legalization of Xs, more effective communication strategies withmembership, ensuring no more than 48 hours to solve cases of quality, ensuring no more than 24 hours to contact thosewho are interested in receiving more information about the organization, a full time available MC for LCs and theirrequirements, relevant education cycles for each LC according to their stage of development and needs, constant andpreventive accompaniment of MCVP to each VP, national conference cycle with relevant and specific content to eachphase of development and finally, a MKT based on showcase of the experiences and their impact.
