ABOUT THE FOUNDER

• Born and raised in the poverty- stricken Sandtown Community of Baltimore, Mr.. Randolph has specialized in community strategic comprehensive planning for distressed communities for over 20 years.

• His first introduction to community building was in early 1980 when he was hired as a community organizer. From there he advanced to a community strategist/program developer designing comprehensive solutions for urban distressed

neighborhoods.

• He has been an integral part of assisting in designing and implementing national models in economic development, workforce development, public safety community building, health, and organizational development.

• As a leading consultant, he has served on national panels that discuss lessons learned in community development that included: The White Conference on lessons learned in the empowerment zone, John Hopkins University rebuilding neighborhoods, Woodbore redesigning neighborhoods, The Enterprise Foundation Comprehensive Planning.

• He has provided technical assistance to over 150 non profits in Florida, and Maryland.

Mr. Randolph experience and skills has resulted in non- profits receiving millions of dollars. The largest grant that is work on was the BaltimoreEmpowerment Zone in which the City was awarded 100 million dollars.
