Five Tips for Creating the Best Digital Loyalty Program Step 1: Make sure you don’t ask for too much information at sign-up in order to make it easier –

you can always ask for more information later on.

Step 2: Provide an incentive for sign-up. Make sure to offer an immediate incentive, such as a free drink, which will help to improve the rate of the loyalty program.

Step 3: Make it easy to engage customers. This can be something as simple as sending an email saying, “We miss you!” when the customer hasn’t checked in for 30 days.

Step 4: Don’t over communicate. Only communicate when necessary: you don’t want to bombard them with messages and you need to respect their contact data.

Step 5: Carefully construct your offers. Make sure it is as easy as possible; use time limited offers and name a specific money amount.
