SMC has invited The KPI Institute to facilitate training and workshop sessions for KPI selection with each department as part of their initiative to develop an integrated performance management system across the entire organization. The project took place in four stages over 16 months’ period with 3 onsite interventions
FIRS has invited The KPI Institute to facilitate a performance management implementation program aimed at providing an interactive approach to strategic formulation and design. The advisory program consisted of three modules, specifically created to facilitate strategic review, recalibration and alignment through the use of KPIs.
ADRPBF has invited the KPI Institute to provide guidance to improve their existing Performance Management System. The KPI Management Framework recommended by the KPI Institute embeds 10 years of research in the field of KPIs and relies on best practices applicable to both private and public business environments.
NAB has invited The KPI Institute to support the Balanced Scorecard implementation at corporate level, part of the Value Based Management implementation.
