WHAT IS ROYALCAST?

Production ServicesIf you have your own RoyalCast licence, then it’s possible that you may require support in the form of technology and/or audiovisual equipment in some scenarios. In such cases you can hire a variety of Production Services from us which will aid you in your effort to produce a successful Webcast. In this regard you can enlist our services for each event and take advantage of our Production Services in any location you choose. We also offer video production services. If you do not have your own audiovisual equipment, or require an extra set, we can also supply this.

Distribution ServicesWhether your viewers are using your company network and/or from other networks across the globe, with RoyalCast Distribution Services the Webcast is always available. We’ll see to it that your Webcasts are distributed to your viewers in a secure manner. If your target group is on the road a great deal and/or is equipped with so-called mobile devices, then they will still be able to watch the Webcasts. Your viewers can view the Webcast on their PCs, as well as from an iPad and Android Tablet or mobile phone such as a Blackberry or iPhone.

Should your company network have bandwidth restrictions, we can resolve this for you too. This usually requires customization, as every situation is different. Therefore, thousands of employees will still be able to simultaneously view the Webcast on their laptops. This is without creating capacity problems in terms of your own internal network. WHAT IS WEBCASTING?

ROYALCAST MANAGER

After we have installed the RoyalCast Encoder, have connected it to your audiovisual equipment and you have followed a short training session, you will be able to get started immediately with the online RoyalCast Manager.

The RoyalCast Manager offers you the option of scheduling and producing Webcasts and viewing management information online. Within a few seconds a Webcast will have been produced and you will be able to choose to enrich this with metadata, e.g. information on the speaker and the subject. You can also add PowerPoint slides, appendices, documents or links to a Webcast.

AUDIO/VIDEO

Naturally, every website begins with an audio and/or video signal. This signal is connected to the RoyalCast Encoder. You can use your own existing audiovisual equipment for this. It is also possible to use your existing video conference system as the audio/video input for the RoyalCast Encoder. If you do not have your own audiovisual equipment, we can provide you with that as well.

ROYALCAST ENCODER

The RoyalCast Encoder sees to it that the audio/video and the data signal (e.g. PowerPoint or another program) are automatically recorded.

The RoyalCast Encoder is in direct contact with the online RoyalCast Manager over the Internet. The RoyalCast Encoder comes in two versions: a mobile encoder and an encoder that can be used in a permanent location. The benefi t of the mobile encoder is that it can be used in several locations. The stationary encoder, on the other hand, is immediately ready to use from a set location due to audio/video, data and the Internet already being connected.

ROYALCAST PLAYER

The RoyalCast Player consists of a video image that runs in synch with a data signal, e.g. a PowerPoint presentation. We will provide you with a RoyalCast Player in your own house style. Viewers can retrospectively search through Webcasts based on text used in the data signal or by navigating through the PowerPoint slides. If the Webcast has been divided into chapters, it will be possible to search on the basis of this indexation.

An MP3 fi le can be created for each Webcast, that viewers can then download and play as a podcast. It is possible to expand the RoyalCast Player with interactive modules such as: ask a question, chat, poll, questionnaire/survey form, exam/test and evaluation. A Webcast can also be shared by means of social media.

ROYALCAST SEARCH PORTAL

If a large number of Webcasts are recorded, it will be important that your target group can fi nd the right Webcast quickly and easily. The RoyalCast Search Portal shows several archived Webcast as well as the Webcasts that are to be broadcast in the future. In such cases, thanks to our own RoyalCast Webcasting platform we can take all organization and production activities out of your hands and supply a high-quality Full Service Video or Audio Webcast.

Production ServicesIf you have your own RoyalCast licence, then it’s possible that you may require support in the form of technology and/or audiovisual equipment in some scenarios. In such cases you can hire a variety of Production Services from us which will aid you in your effort to produce a successful Webcast. In this regard you can enlist our services for each event and take advantage of our Production Services in any location you choose. We also offer video production services. If you do not have your own audiovisual equipment, or require an extra set, we can also supply this.

Distribution ServicesWhether your viewers are using your company network and/or from other networks across the globe, with RoyalCast Distribution Services the Webcast is always available. We’ll see to it that your Webcasts are distributed to your viewers in a secure manner. If your target group is on the road a great deal and/or is equipped with so-called mobile devices, then they will still be able to watch the Webcasts. Your viewers can view the Webcast on their PCs, as well as from an iPad and Android Tablet or mobile phone such as a Blackberry or iPhone.

Should your company network have bandwidth restrictions, we can resolve this for you too. This usually requires customization, as every situation is different. Therefore, thousands of employees will still be able to simultaneously view the Webcast on their laptops. This is without creating capacity problems in terms of your own internal network. WHAT IS WEBCASTING?

ROYALCAST MANAGER

After we have installed the RoyalCast Encoder, have connected it to your audiovisual equipment and you have followed a short training session, you will be able to get started immediately with the online RoyalCast Manager.

The RoyalCast Manager offers you the option of scheduling and producing Webcasts and viewing management information online. Within a few seconds a Webcast will have been produced and you will be able to choose to enrich this with metadata, e.g. information on the speaker and the subject. You can also add PowerPoint slides, appendices, documents or links to a Webcast.

AUDIO/VIDEO

Naturally, every website begins with an audio and/or video signal. This signal is connected to the RoyalCast Encoder. You can use your own existing audiovisual equipment for this. It is also possible to use your existing video conference system as the audio/video input for the RoyalCast Encoder. If you do not have your own audiovisual equipment, we can provide you with that as well.

ROYALCAST ENCODER

The RoyalCast Encoder sees to it that the audio/video and the data signal (e.g. PowerPoint or another program) are automatically recorded.

The RoyalCast Encoder is in direct contact with the online RoyalCast Manager over the Internet. The RoyalCast Encoder comes in two versions: a mobile encoder and an encoder that can be used in a permanent location. The benefi t of the mobile encoder is that it can be used in several locations. The stationary encoder, on the other hand, is immediately ready to use from a set location due to audio/video, data and the Internet already being connected.

ROYALCAST PLAYER

The RoyalCast Player consists of a video image that runs in synch with a data signal, e.g. a PowerPoint presentation. We will provide you with a RoyalCast Player in your own house style. Viewers can retrospectively search through Webcasts based on text used in the data signal or by navigating through the PowerPoint slides. If the Webcast has been divided into chapters, it will be possible to search on the basis of this indexation.

An MP3 fi le can be created for each Webcast, that viewers can then download and play as a podcast. It is possible to expand the RoyalCast Player with interactive modules such as: ask a question, chat, poll, questionnaire/survey form, exam/test and evaluation. A Webcast can also be shared by means of social media.

ROYALCAST SEARCH PORTAL

If a large number of Webcasts are recorded, it will be important that your target group can fi nd the right Webcast quickly and easily.
