-An e-Project is a technological infrastructure that is able to guarantee themanagement of people, processes, and contents.

-An e-Project is a platform (business solution) adapted to each specific need andintegrated in the company.

Internal necessities

-A distributor makes an order andsends an e-mail to the exportdepartment. Export department has tointroduce to the ERP the order, andcheck if there is the stock and deliverytime.

Solution: a website with a usernameand password where the distributor can make the order and the stock isverified on-line, the order is made directly to the ERP.

External necessities

-A consumer when he wants to be informed for a product has to go to thePOS.

Solution: a website showing all theproducts, and the consumer can seewhere he can buy the product, or askfor a sample, catalogue, etc.
