Situation: Meet Ryan, Tina and Zach North, owners of Twin Cities Green, an eco-

friendly retail store along Hennepin Ave.

The Norths were in a fledgling building with a tough landlord, caved in roofs, high

debt, a poorly designed website, tough branding, and a slumping street traffic

trend line.

Needing a complete overhaul of brand, marketing and merchandise strategy, a

project was launched diving deep into marketing spend and history, with the goal

in mind that to turn this struggling business around all channels had to be

optimized.

Through countless revisions, the final new branding for Twin Cities Green, along with a new naming convention, was launched.

Situation: Meet Cecilia Belton, owner of MySavvySeniors, teaching seniors

technology in the Greater Atlanta area.

Cecilia’s business of teaching seniors technology was struggling. The nation’s

recent economic downturn presented challenges her original business plan did not anticipate. She noticed the impact when she

totaled her monthly receipts.

Cecilia knew that her business plan did not take into account such an impact on traffic.

What was once an ideal business model turned into pure overhead.

She recognized that a marketing strategy needed to be developed, but with the

businesses challenges, there were few resources to pool.

Situation: Meet N.E.O.N. (Northside Economic Opportunity Network), whose

mission is to stimulate micro-economies in emerging markets.

N.E.O.N. was well networked, respected by the critical stakeholders in their respective

industry, yet lacked the basic web and marketing best practices that any operation,

non-profit or enterprise, needs to have in place.

With logo in hand, the creative discussion for a web ‘roll-out’ began. Today N.E.O.N.

went from having a one page blog to having a clean website that places them in the arena of some of the more established

organizations with comparable missions.

Clear imagery, risqué design, and dynamic content, enables N.E.O.N. to pivot

themselves for smart Search presence.
